For a problem with the app, tell us your iPhone model, iOS version, app version and what happened. Hide personal goals in any screenshot, and never send passwords, verification codes or payment-card details.

Use the same address for privacy questions, account or data deletion requests, accessibility barriers, subscription help and press enquiries. We reply as soon as we can and will tell you if we need more detail to verify a request.
